Congress wins Goa Assembly by-poll

In Goa, Vishwajeet Rane of the Indian National Congress won the Valpoi Assembly by polls today. Rane defeated his rival Mr. Santosh Haldanker of the Bharatiya Janata Party with a margin of 8405 votes.
