At least 35 people drown in boat mishap in Bihar In Bihar, at least 35 persons were killed following a country boat capsized in the swollen Tilyuga River, a tributary of Kosi in Supaul district of the state last night.

Queen’s Baton for Commonwealth Games 2010 in Bihar Queen’s Baton for 2010 Commonwealth Games received warm welcome in Bihar this afternoon in Kaimur district of the State. A large number of people including sportsmen and politicians greeted the Baton as it crossed over from Uttar Pradesh.
The Baton shall travel Aurangabad, Gaya, Jehenabad and Patna in the State before leaving for Kolkata on July 15.
