Suicide Attack: Death toll in Pak suicide attack rises to 56
Pakistan, Jul 9: In Pakistan, the death toll in the suicide attack in the tribal Mohmand Agency has risen to 56.
Another 104 were injured in the attack in tehsil Yeka Ghand this morning.
Sources said, a suicide bomber blew up himself outside a political agent’s office and the high intensity blast damaged about 20 shops, five houses and the local jail premises.
Chief of Mohmand Agency, Amjad Ali Khan, said four policemen, three children and two women were among the dead. Authorities also believe more victims may be trapped under the rubble of damaged buildings.
