Mumbai Court Judgement today in 26/11 terror attack case

Seventeen months after the terrorists struck on India’s financial capital, the special court at Mumbai’s Arthur road jail will pronounce its verdict today on the fate of lone surviving 26/11 gunman Ajmal Kasab and two alleged Indian conspirators.
On the eve of pronouncement of verdict in the 26/11 case, special public prosecutor Ujwal Nikkam said that enough evidence have been brought before the court to seal Kasab’s fate. Kasab is charged with waging war against the nation, hatching a criminal conspiracy and the murder of 166 people. That could lead to capital punishment.
