The Himalayan College of Nursing was established in 2006 by upgrading the School of Nursing. This was conducting Diploma course in General Nursing and Midwifery (DGNM) of 3 year duration since 1996.
The major aim of the HCON is to have innovative approaches and evolve a new pattern of nursing education and nursing practice with modern technology.
