Delhi Development Authority DDA housing scheme 2010 is opens for registration
DDA-logoDelhi Development Authority launched the DDA housing scheme 2010 which will provide 16, 000 flats for the customer in various locations in Delhi including Mukherjee Nagar, Dwarka Area, Rohini Area, Vasant Kunj, Nagar and Motia Khan

DDA Housing Scheme 2010 sale of Application Form starts from 24 nov 2010 to 24 dec 2010 and Closing sale of application Is 24 Dec 2010.

The registration form available at various branches of Axis Bank, ICICI Bank, IDBI bank, HDFC bank, SBI and Union Bank.

The price of the application form is Rs 106, including bank’s surcharges.

The aspiring people can approach their nearest branches to get the form. The DDA flats application form is alo available online. You can visit the official website of DDA, www.dda.org.in, to download the form.

The registration fee for the  1BHK, 2BHK, 3BHK flats under DDA Housing Scheme 2010 is Rs. 1.5 Lakhs. Registration fee for Janta flats is Rs. 50,000. A PAN card and Bank account is necessary for applying.

The lucky draw will be held within four days of the closing date.

A wife and husband can jointly apply for the flats but only one flat will be allotted to a family.
