A 15-member Indian Cricket team for the first test against South Africa announced.

India’s test sqaud for the first test against South Africa has been announced. Paceman Abhimanyu Mithun and wicketkeeper Wridhiman Saha have been included in the 15-member team. Tamil Nadu batsman S Badrinath has also been named in the squad along with opener M Vijay and Sudeep Tyagi.

Rahul Dravid, Yuvraj Singh and S Sreesanth have been omitted from squad because of injuries. However, VVS Laxman has been included after having recovered from on injury.
